I spoke with Journalist and Author Malik Russell about the prison industrial
complex in the United States and his recent series of articles posted on Vox
Union: The
Impact of Prison on Black America. Malik has worked for the Justice
Policy Institute and Critical Resistance and hosts a website at
21 Hustle -
The Documixolgist - the art of mixing, which houses some ultra-fine
musico-political mixes of many of the most brilliant and progressive leaders
of the Civil Rights/Resistance/Liberation movement in America.
I spoke with Kirouana Paddaquahum about the political imprisonment of Grand
Sachem Iron Thunderhorse including a brief history of Iron Thunderhorse,
the alleged reasons for his imprisonment, and the assumed reasons he was imprisoned
- namely because of his knowledge of certain US operations in Vietnam as well
as his knowledge of North American indigenous history, culture and language.
